American Unitarian clergyman, son of Ezra Stiles Gannett; born in Boston, MA, on the 13th of March 1840. After graduation from Harvard in 1860, he entered the Unitarian ministry, and held pastorates at various points in the East and Northwest. He published a Biography of Ezra Stiles Gannett (1875); A Year of Miracle (1881); and, in junction with Jenkin Lloyd Jones, The Faith That Makes Faithful (1888).
