1626. Direct. to Ld. Deputy, in S. P., Irel., CCXLIII. 304 (P.R.O.). That such of the Natives as ought to have leases of certain small Parcells of land in the said Plantacions and are [known] by the name of Tractioners, may have the said Leases made unto them at reasonable and moderate rentes.
