Min. [f. Gr. ἔμπλεκτος inwoven (f. ἐμπλέκειν, f. ἐν in + πλέκειν to weave) + -ITE; the name being given from its appearance.] A sulphide of bismuth and copper, occurring in bright tin-white needle-shaped crystals; found in Saxony and Chili.
