1808. Sir H. Davy, in Phil. Trans., XCIX. 85. There is strong reason to consider the boracic basis as metallic and I venture to propose for it the name of boracium. Ibid. (1812), Chem. Philos., 245. The bodies are six, hydrogene, azote, sulphur, phosphorus, carbon, and boracium or boron.
